Last week only, Microsoft announced the introduction of Windows Live Messenger for Apple’s iPhone. Now, the new application was demonstrated for the first time in a video.
Angus Logan, Senior Technical Product Manager for the Windows Live Plattform, showcased Windows Live Messenger for the iPhone last week at The Next Web Conference in Amsterdam. Obviously, the software is making use of the features and possibilities of the Apple Platform and thus integrates seamlessly.
Among other features, Angus showed how to chat with your friends, how to change your status and display picture—including being able to create new display pictures directly on the device—, sharing photos with other users of Windows Live Messenger, and making use of Messenger’s social networking features.
