A new internal Messenger update is available for the Microsoft VIP dogfood members. As you can see on the Windows Live Preview website, there are a lot of changes between this and the version leaked to the public some months ago (Milestone 2). Now live is the Milestone 3 (15.3.2717.520), the same build used to take the videos and snapshots on the Preview website.
