EU Settles Web Browser Arguement With Microsoft

Microsoft blatantly trying to convince users to pin IE back on the taskbar and then making it clear that users can still use IE if they “want”, haha. I thought the whole reason they were in trouble was because they bundled IE with Windows? So.. why is IE “still available from the Start/All Programs menu” ?
